About Us
Founded in 1990, Bosom Pals Southend Support Group is a small yet impactful charity with support and care at the centre of our values. Dealing with breast cancer can be a daunting time, but Bosom Pals is here to help you navigate the challenges following your diagnosis.

We provide a safe space, both online and in person, for you to talk freely and openly about your fears and anxieties alongside others who are on the same journey.​

Join Our Walking Group
Looking to get outside, clear your head, and meet some lovely people?
Our walking group meets once a week in Southend, offering a gentle and supportive space for those affected by cancer to come together, connect, and spend time outdoors.

Our walks provide an opportunity to enjoy fresh air, light movement, and meaningful conversation in a relaxed and understanding environment.
Whether you are currently going through treatment or in recovery, you are warmly welcome. There is no need to book — just come along when you feel able. There is no pressure, just a chance to walk at your own pace and be part of a compassionate community.
